o address issues of GBV and HIV in our communities, we must constantly expand our awareness of these issues, and all that defines and influences them.
Community Activists Abigail Kandepu and Deranal Mupeta in Kalengwa South, Kalulushi District who have received training through the USAID Stop GBV Now Project are raising awareness about the imbalance of power between women and men, and how it causes GBV and how it increases womens vulnerability to HIV.
They also provide information about the One Stop Centre (OSC) where survivors of GBV can access Post GBV Care Services. The OSCs in Kalulushi District are located at Kalulushi Township Clinic and Chambishi Mini Hospital.
